How to create a custom 404 page

A custom 404 page allows you to provide a more helpful response than the default provided by the client's browser.

To create a custom 404 page

• Create a page and place the content on it that you wish it to display. The page can be of any component type.
• Set a DirectURL for it of * (an asterisk)
• In the Behavior Editor, Settings, General Options, set the  'Http Status' to 'Not Found (404)'
