Payment Making your Payment Paying Online Credit Card
Use the 'Continue to Checkout' link to pay securely online using MasterCard or Visa. You may use personal AmEx through the PayPal system (we do not accept Corporate AmEx). Debit/ATM Card You may pay by Debit/ATM Card through the PayPal system. Simply use the PayPal link at final checkout. PayPal You may pay by PayPal from the PayPal link at final checkout. You may use personal AmEx through the PayPal system. You do not need a PayPal account - we have the PayPal account.
Paying with a Credit Card by telephone For your security we no longer accept payment by MasterCard or Visa by telephone. Please either pay online or mail a check.
Paying by Check You may pay by check: Simply print out the invoice page and mail it together with your check made out to Enstar LLC: full details are provided on the invoice. Checks must be in US Dollars and drawn on a bank in the USA.
Paying by Bank Transfer If you are outside the USA, payment may be made by Bank Transfer or SWIFT payment - Please contact us for banking details Bank payment charges are your responsibility. Please email ctoffice@enstar.net to advise us that you wish to make a payment. There is an additional handling fee ($25) for bank transfer payments.
Paying by WesternUnion, MoneyGram etc There is an additional handling fee ($50) for payment by money order, or any other method where a company representative must physically attend a reimbursement location. Please email ctoffice@enstar.net to advise us that you wish to make a payment and to confirm that we can accept your payment method.
Refreshing your License Once we have received your payment our Accounts department 'authorize' your license. This normally happens within a business day. You should then click the [OK] button in the InstallationID Configurator make sure that your license has updated.
